Pietro’s On The River, located on Hutchinson Island at The Island Dunes Country Club, is the talk of town and for good reason. Presenting ‘innovative American cuisine’, the kitchen is supervised by Chef Robert, formerly of Rottie’s and PGA Country Club at St. Lucie West. Chef Robert uses only the finest ingredients to compliment any number of offerings from the center cut filet to a rack of lamb, fresh seafood, poultry as well as new ideas for pasta dishes. Daily specials tempt the pallet and even more tempting is the classic elegance of the dining room. After extensive renovations, Pietro’s can host private parties and weddings up to 250 and offers some of the finest waterfront dining in the area.

Hours of Operation:

Lunch served 11:30 am - 2:30 pm Wednesday through Friday

Dinner served 4:30 pm - 9 pm Wednesday through Sunday

Closed on Mondays & Tuesdays

Pietro's is proud to announce the future opening of our second restaurant, Pietro's on the Ocean! Formerly known as "Rotties Restaurant" located on Hutchinson Island.

Expected to open the Summer of 2013.
